Cello in the Salon edited by Wolf. For Cello, Piano. Collection. Published by Zimmermann. PE.ZM32730. 7 pieces by Cavazza, Metzdorff and Taneiev. The works of these three composers were published as early as the turn of the 20th century, most of them at Zimmermann's, and they are nice examples for the so-called "musique de salon" or easy music for which there is an ever-growing demand. The editor made sparse notations to the original versions, all others are reprints of the first print.
